This website

This site tells you where our stores are, when they’re open and how to contact them. We keep it up to date, but hours can change at short notice (bank holidays, emergencies) - if in doubt, give the store a call.

Prices and products

Prices are set in store and can differ between our stores. The price you pay is the one shown at the till. If a shelf label and the till disagree, tell us and we’ll put it right.

Age-restricted products

We operate Challenge 25. If you look under 25 we’ll ask for photo ID before selling alcohol, tobacco, vapes, lighters, energy drinks, some medicines and other age-restricted products. We may refuse a sale if we think the product is being bought for someone underage.

Refunds and returns

Your statutory rights are not affected. If something you bought is faulty, not as described or out of date, bring it back with your receipt and we’ll refund or replace it. We can’t take back opened food, tobacco, newspapers or age-restricted items unless they’re faulty.
